The fat 240 tire does not rub the belt. There is a nats hair cleance (!1/8"). You'll have to grind the swing arm some on the right side as well as some of the frame and bend the rear brake line mounting bracket (you'll see) Its a close fit but worth it.

240 wheel I did not shim, yes it hugs the inside of the pully and everything I have read says it should hug outside of pully. I did have it shimmed at one time but took them off becuase of clearance issues with the belt guard. BTW- you cant use your front overdrive pully with the the rear mimic wheel as it will pull the wheel too far towards the fender because of the shorter belt distance. I had to take mine off. You'll lose that 3% drive reduction but gain ~1.5 % back becasue of the larger re
