The part itself is excellent, the installation was a little more involved than what the instructions stated. You'll need snips and pliers to remove the stock plastic cover, which you'll destroy in the process. There are wires and tubes clipped to the sides of the old cover that must be freed prior to the cover's removal. You'll also have to remove the stock horn during installation. Keep a rubber mallet handy to persuade the lower mounts into place. Use some double-sided tape to keep the top spacer-washer in position during the re-installation of the shoulder bolt and fastener.
It's worth the effort, the chrome looks great!

This looks awesome on the bike! The install is a bit of a pain for one person, but still only took about 30 minutes including R & R of the old plastic one. It's also made of very solid metal making it more protective than the OEM one was.
