Takes only a couple minutes ...you will have to cut the exsisting robber shift peg...good sharpe utility knife does the trick..just one cut the lenght of the rubber and it removes easily...keep it in a safe place incase you ever want to put it back on...your new cover fits pretty snug once in place..I didn't use any tape to build up the metal peg..instead I used automotive adhesive/silicon..put a generous amount inside the new cover and push on over the peg slowly til it bottoms out..give it a couple spins over the peg and line it up so that the top and bottom rubber pads are verticle..your set screw should be facing straight towards the rear and just snug it down..good to go in an hour.

On Your Classic you need to remove the screw underneath your exsisting rubber heel pad...after that this part just clamps down over it all easily...also make sure the set screws on the new cover are backed out so that they are flush with the inside of the cover..you should not need to make any other adjustments..looks very nice.

The instructions that come with this are simple and to the point...just follow them..takes maybe 15 min. and looks very nice when done..just make sure you have an air tempreature of at least 50 F to ensure you get a good bond on the 2 rubber pads you have to stick in place.

Very nice addition to the bike..again no issues to get it installed...save yourself any possible problems by having an extra pair of hands just to get things lined up to get the axel back through.

Nice upgrade...goes on slick once you figure out the proper angle to insert over the exsisting belt gaurd...I found I didn't need the adhesive tapes to have a snug fit.

Goes on slick and looks great...I had my front wheel off when I installed this and an extra pair of hands,,no hassels perfect fit and no messing to get bolt holes to line up.

If you already have Cobra Highway Bars as I do..remove the top mouting brackets and pull the bar ahead just enoungh to allow the rad cover to be put in place..smooth sailing after that to bolt the Rad cover in place then push your bar back into place and fasten your clamps back up.
